What an agent may do is fixed before its first run.

The rules live in the policy engine, not in the prompt. No agent gets round them, not even when a document says otherwise.

Tools in the MCP ecosystem
Your permissions only
An agent sees only what the person who started it may see. There is no account of its own that reaches further.
Tools with a risk class
Every tool is registered as an MCP server and classified. Reading runs without asking. Sending, booking, changing and deleting need approval.
Approval of the exact content
The approver sees the draft and its sources side by side. Exactly that content is executed. An expired approval never counts twice.
Fixed budgets
Steps, running time and compute are capped per agent. When the budget is used up, the run ends with a status instead of searching on.
Dry run first
Every workflow can run in simulation mode. Nothing happens in your systems while it does.
Everything in the log
Plan, tool calls, results and policy decisions are stored. Any run can be traced step by step later.
